We stayed at pool villa fo 2 nights over easter and absolutely loved it,the pool was so big it never. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. Ihad the best sleep in months.the staff was very friendly.hotel arranged our reef trip and airpor transfers,very helpful .relaxing and we will be back

Service was horrible ,there was nothing more worse than terrible or else I would have said that.The staffs are rude.The pool was in a terrible condition and there was no effort by the staff to take care of it.I suggest if you want to have a pleasant holiday please don't choose this place.

My families experience was amazing. Coming from South Africa, i appreciated the fact that the accommodation that i booked is what i got, but the service gets a 20/10. We have juest spent 2 nights at pool villa and absolutely loved it ! the room was modern and fantastic,high quality furnishing with an amazing bathrooms area and large spa and its very clean.excellent hosplitality by the hotel staff they look your all requirement so everything was perfect we come again.

Thye location is very convenient to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The swimming pool is excellent, the gym adequate and the hotel layout is pleasant. As with many reviews the food could be improved - it is very ordinary at best. the staff are typically friendly and helpful.
