Stayed here twice during our trip to Kerala, Russell was really helpful and friendly, all his recomendations were excellent for eating, visiting and beaches. Russell arranged long distance Taxis, cheaper than the local firm, also airport pick up and drop off, right on time. Would recommend as a good base to explore Fort Cochi.
