Nice hotel with good ambience, hospitality is ok... Went with my family and my kids enjoyed there...had gr8 fun... staff were co-operative... Good hotel at a gr8 price... Service was good... and the rooms are really spacious with good view from the windows... Enjoyed my stay here and real good time spent with my family...

Stayed there for three days.. Location is good.. Rooms are really spacious but bed sheets are not clean.. calm place.. nere by restaurants serve good food.. 10 Min walk away from market place..Do negotiate on tariff.. Staffs are ok.

Stayed there for 1 night, while arriving unprepared in Munnar. I should have walked away when my driver was approached on the street. But if you are in a lobby with 8 guys around you, saying "svrew you" is not that easy, Hotel was expensive and dirty (bathroom, towel, bedsheets). Even changing did not help. We stayed in this hotel during December month, hotel is near the city thats one good point rooms and resturant are just ok, although room service was good ,in restaurant only buffet available for 3 days of our stay and breakfast overall the hotel was ok what we paid.

We stayed for 2N3D. Location of the hotel is near the city. Breakfast, hospitality nd cleanliness is satisfactory. Food is little bit costly so we had outside. Don't forget to take the hard copy of your reservation chellan as they dont have printer.

We checked into this hotel and when we got to our rooms we found bedbugs. I immediatly went back to the lobby and said we were checking out as I would not stay with bedbugs. It took some time (an me making a bit of a scene) to get my money back so we could go to another hotel.
