i have stayed here twice in last six months the stay has been excellent very good room service and very helpful staff food is good rooms are clean and comfortable rates are very economical and good value for the price only hitch no phone bookings

the receptionist claims that she is the owner of the hotel and refuses to book rooms in advance. called up on 13.05.2010 to book rooms for our stay on 5-7th of June 2010. not only refuses to book rooms but also subjects the enquiring customer to slang words.

This was the worst experience with any hotel in India. They are not at all clear in what they are offering to you and will try to fool and beat around the bush.
