The stay was excellent. The only regret was at the spa. The therapists need to be more professional & should be of international standards especially in a property like Oberoi.
Food is of excellent quality & thankful to the chef for preparing as per my requirement.
Certainly disappointed at the spa since i had taken a weekend spa package.

Without doubt, this was the best service that I have experienced at any major hotel. Three times, during a 24 hour stay, staff went totally out of their way in an exceptional manner. I stay at least 80 nights a year away from home, but this was in a class of its own !!!

Plus Very courteous staff and they always greet you with a smile. Buffet breakfast was OK. Cons: If your room faces M.G road then you will hear the constant traffic and horns throughout your stay. Wish they had given me a room far away from the traffic zone.
