The trip and stay was very good. The customer service was very good. The rooms were clean and hygienic. and well kept. The customer desk manager was very cordial an friendly. On the whole it was economical stay.

Located at the heart of Bangalore, Cottonpet, which is stone's throw from City Railway station. Rooms are affordable, services are good. They also have a group hotel and we tried the lunch there, nothing special but good. This is place to stay if you are on business travel and want to be near the Railway station.

Never ever try this hotel .....worst service ,worst location and staff is not behaving properly.They dont understand hindi,English.Get any other hotel but not this. Terrible experience .U will regret for your choice.

This is the best price value budget hotel situated in the heart of banglore,cleanliness of room was a concern,room service is excellent.................overall thumbs up to this one.Actually I was little bit irritated with the bathroom fittings and also the television sets which were very old fashion...............

Hotel location is good,,but the issue i faced was that on arrival i was told that hotel ug royal is full and so i was accomodated into Ug REGAL(MANAGED AND OWNED BY SAME UG GROUP) however the stay is confortable enough for the price you are paying

It is good to stay and you can eat outsides resturants near the hotel . If you are single so its good location because its near to majestic and also get rikshas very easily. I never eat food there so dont know about food.
