New Ranbow Hotel is in a great location and has a knack for hiring excellent staff. The rate for our superior air con room was only 1900rps, cheaper than most of the budget listings in the Lonely Planet, and breakfast is included. The are very accommodating as well. The new rainbow is a business hotel which speaks to its professionalism. Everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful and honest. They even woke us up when we were about to miss breakfast.
