Amazing location, right in front of dal lake.. Interestingly the hotel is constructed in a way that every room (almost) has a lake view. Very hospitable staff.. Well designed interiors and comfortable rooms. Worth staying if one is looking for options other than the beautiful houseboats

horrible, old, crappy hotel... not maintained since the 1980s.. really bad bathrooms .. no hot water, dirty linen and check in never done on time - luckily we were there for just one night.. avoid big time!!!!!!!

The only thing good about the hotel was that it has a view of the Dal lake. Bad rooms, Old & Rusty bathroom, the Bathtub was sooo dirty, I wudn't step inside, forget having a bath.
