I will give 10 out of 10 marks for cleanliness,bathroom is very clean & hygienic.Hotel is located at Rajbagh,a prime location & very close to hospital ,taxi stand,many veg. & non. veg. restaurants are available nearby.Hotel staff though not professionally trained gives personal attention.

Its was our last destination for our tour.The Hotel is very good, with neat & clean rooms as well as bathrooms.It is also located very well, not far from Dal Lake, Gardens or the Airport. I would recommend the hotel.Only issue with breakfast as they have limited choice n felt most are prepared from night.

The hotel is decent. Rooms are decent. The dinner provided was very oily, yet the service was pretty good. Minus point is that there is no lift.
