Nice Property with a good view of Dal, lawn in front. Rooms are good. Service staff was very nice and courteaous. But service was slow, probably because of lack of sufficient staff. Overall had a good stay but seemed a bit overpriced.

We stayed for 4 nights in August. Since it was off-season we got the rooms at 3k/night. The rates in peak season are aroud 5k/night. Rooms are good. Best part is the dal lake view. Hotel was quite Ok, the only USP of the hotel was the scenic view of Dal Lake.Tariff's were also very economical. As i was travelling srinagar for the first time, thatswhy stayed in this hotel, but i would prefer a houseboat next time.

the people sitting at the reception are a bunch of rogues,they will provide the same room for rs 1500 to a customer that they will give you for 3000-4000,dont fall in their trap,most unfriendly staff,food too bad and costly
