I stayed there for 4 nights in late January 2012. There were not many guests staying there as it was not the peak tourist season. As it states above the only thing that would have kept my travelling party content would be a warm room. This was not available despite simple requests. Told that we should get into bed where the electric blankets were operating (albeit just). Based on a global rating system this had too get one.

Swiss Hotel is a nice suite for whom travelling to Kashmir. Good service from their staff and they also are kind in giving some advice how to stay safe in Khasmir. The location is good and it near to all tourist spots. i would like to recommend Swiss Hotel for you to stay whenever you are in Kashmir.
