Hotel staffs behaved indecently with us,Hot water coming from all the taps,staffs insulting the guest.we didn't get any services they offered.Food was very poor. Staffs asking money for everything.Very bad experience.
On reaching katra we booked hotel maharaja which was recommended by our cab driver...we got the room at 50% discount the room was nice with carpet flooring...we also got hot water whenever we needed which was really nice...also they provided free pick up and drop to banganga and market. The hotel staff and the front office manager was very friendly...
