Its a good hotel with a very good restaurant and a small swimming pool(chargeable). The room was neat and clean and the staff was helpful in planning and arranging taxi for sightseeing. The hotel is just about 1km from tha railway station but all taxis from the staion will charge a minimum of Rs200 for this short journey.

No wifi, water pressure in bathroom is pathetic ,they even do not have an idea how to improve it......rooms are well kept and clean though. It fails to justify its price tag, can not be considered a business hotel at all.

The hotel currently does not provide wifi facility. Apart from this its a decent 3 star property. Nice to good indian food. Limited options of italian and chinese cuisines. Very close to the railway station.

Stayed a night , good staff, ok food, take the reinovated rooms for better stay...we stayed in room no 310. Good hotel close to the train station just 400 meters.. The breakfast is not up to the level.

The Hotel is very Good but the Staff Member is not cooperative. They Gave us the Room late after 4 pm. On Next Day we vacate the Room Early Morning 4 AM . stayed there for 4 days and trust me it was worth it. Comfortable stay and as the hotel was centrally located it was very comfortable. The hotel is highly recommended

This is one of the best place to stay if you are not looking for a crouded place. Very peaceful, just 5 minutes walk from Jammu Railway station. You get mini buses towards main city which is appox.15 minutes drive.
