This is the last hotel in a straight line of 3 hotels. The fist one a 4* (The palazio), the second one a 3* (Lemontree) and this the last one, a very average PEPPERMINT. The rooms are small, the service is average and the PRICE IS HIGH !! You'd expect that a hotel so small and average should be having... More

It was a refreshing break to be treated to such good hospitality by a hotel. It is a new property (started Jan-12) so everything is modern. Everything is good - room, beds, bathrooms, amenities (had a fruit tray in my room), but what stands out clearly is very high level of customer service attitude. Gurdeep (the manager) has done a... 1. Location: There is a huge area with clusters of hotels all over the area, interspersed with many large bare plots of land, with herds of dogs and pigs, and not many people around (for an Asian city anyway). Overall, there is no obvious conceivable reason - to me - why there should be so many hotels here. The scenery... More

I recently staid at peppermint hotel gurgaon during a business, the rooms are very clean and well equiped, silent ( except the air conditionning , a little bit noisy). the staff is professional and helpfull. the area is far trom the city center and not very clean. Very good restaurant, and a good choice for breafast, indian or european.

I couldn't fault the hotel itself because the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and modern, the rooftop pool was a nice touch and the breakfast was substantial - but the location is not so great if you are looking to use it for a stop over on way to or from airport. It took as... More

The hotel is new (set up July 2010), with a stylish contemporary theme...quite unlike anywhere else we stayed in India. On the plus side the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was top notch (choice of Indian or continental). Room was very clean, and large with satellite tv and ipod dock. Bathroom is fine. The rooftop pool is smallish,... More

A friendly, inexpensive hotel. The rooms were fine, and the staff helpful. The location was not great - there is an unattractive area in front of the hotel - but it was close to many business centres in Gurgaon. This is absolutely fine as a budget business hotel.

To start off, the hotel calls itself a boutique hotel but is a downright budget hotel. The staff, though polite, does not understand the meaning or the difference between boutique and budget. In the name of parking, they have a huge, uneven ground in the front with no valet. The outside facade is in serious need of a coat of... More

The hotel sounds very hip but its quite the opposite. The bathroom is really small. The only amenties in the bathroom are one hand towel, one face towel and one shower gel and a soap. That is the most basic I have experienced. The docking station did not work. There was no hot water in the shower. The food is... More
