We booked for a family of 4. Very disappointed to be allocated a double bed and a thin mattress on the floor. The TV did not work and shower did not stay on. Power cut out twice during stay. On a positive note, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. More of a business/conference hotel for locals.

Ritz went out of their way to ensure I was safe since I was travelling solo woman. Anyone making a reservation at Ritz should be aware that they provide free transportation to/from the airport and the train station, which is a great advantage. There is a bakery within the hotel that is delicious, worth trying out.

Hotel ritz inn is a good hotel near Ahmedabad Railway station. Room are quite decent and proper clean. Hotel staff is good and room service is excellent. I enjoyed my stay.
