“Appalling service, dreadful experience”

After a long, delayed train trip from Mumbai to Ahmedebad we arrived at Hotel Kozar around 11pm. I've never received a more frosty welcome anywhere in all my travels. I stayed in this hotel for close to 4 days with my family and it was a nice experience.There are a variety of rooms that one can choose from( a/c and non a/c,deluxe,executive etc ).The rooms are reasonably priced,the service is awesome and it has an in-house restaurant too.The hotel is situated about 2 km from the railway station and...
