The location is amazing! Just off the hustle-bustle of Candolim! But the rooms give a very poor feel... I know what more can 1 expect in Rs. 700 a night... So for Rs. 700, i think it is pretty decent, but overall i dint get a good feel...

This is for best for budget travelers. Peaceful location, 2 mins from Candolim beach. Has clean rooms with a small garden. Can also arrange for 2/4 wheeler on rent. Negatives- if you don't have your own vehicle, be ready for 10 mins walk from main road. Also they don't have restaurant.

Really it's a beautiful hotel in goa.. it's the cheapest and best...... the site seeing is very good.. hotel staff's behavior was awesome........ they gave us breakfast on time... & very helpful to travelling us in goa........

Best part of this place is that it is right next to the beautiful beach of candolim. We made a really impromptu trip to goa and just called the owner to make the booking. This is one of the best economy resort I have visited in goa. good restaurant near by and beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Owner is very helpful and is not money-minded. In season owner prepares tea and snacks also for the guest.
