Worst place to visit. Horrible hotel. Dirty rooms, rude staff, bad cloakroom, terrible food, poor service, uncooperative staff. To summarise, pls avoid this hotel. rather visit some other hotel nearby.

The hotel seemed average. The pool facing rooms were horrible, dingy, bathroom smelly. We had a business conference and I would have expected something more. Not very clean, disappointing facilities, lacking service, very average food and a bad conference room. But the worst is: not clean. I don't go back.

My team organised a 3-4 day business conference at this resort. The amenities and service at the hotel were a big disappointment. Many of the hotel staff were not well trained and uncourteous. Cleanliness of the rooms and common washroom was terrible. Specific complaint to management felt to deaf years. There were not sufficient equipment to handle 3 simultaneous conferences.

We had opted for the executive deluxe,the rooms were ok.not that great,no lcd screen,but for 3k a night with breakfast,not a bad deal at all, sea food preparation was excellent. Easy accessibilty to the beach,nice view....recommended for a short stay.

The room I got was very spacious ,neat and clean Bathroom fitting were very old and looks to be require replacement but when informed , learned they are going through renovation . staff is really good and courteous Ad this is their main key area
