To start with I was really impressed with services and follow-up calls by the this hotel staff. Everything was going right except when I hit the bed in the night. You can call it bad luck or something else but I booked their penthouse (most expensive among all other rooms) and whoa...BED BUGS!! Still would say their staff was quick...
