we booked through just dail.com the price was reasonable. the room service is great. staff are friendly. the entrance of the hotel is not so good,but staff were well mannered.overall experience with this hotel was welcoming.

Its not a place where you can stay with your family. Un-hygienic. No doubt it dam cheap as compare to other places but i would prefer staying at other places rather than staying at City Heart. Sorry but that's how i look at this. May be good for a single person looking for cost effective place to transit stay.
