Of late, Aroma has degraded its quality a bit while increasing the prices a bit. The rooms are not well maintained and at times dirty. The b'fast is also not upto mark with very few options and stale bakery items. Wi-Fi signals are very weak, so check the signal in your room before finalizing it, if you need internet connectivity.... More

Hotel Aroma in Chandigarh is really a nice hotel to stay. Though the hotel was old but the room was good and comfortable. The price was cheaper than any other hotel with this kind. Room services were good. And the location was great. Above all, the breakfast was included in the price and the food quality was superb.

The rooms are small, and worn out. Most need a lot of repairs. At this price, one does expect a far better room and service. As for the restaurant, the food is good, but the service is rather slow. The only good thing is the attached 24 hour cafeteria, although that too isn't really 24 hours.

My experience at Aroma Hotel is very bad as the money which they are charging from the customer is very high and the quality is absolutely poor the service quality and room is very small cramped , dark and most imprtantly the TV dont work , i will never stay again in this hotel.....
