I have stayed in this hotel couple of times & don't think will ever go back again for few raesons i) Towles in the bathroom had blood stains & were dirty ii) Bed sheets were dirty iii) You can hear everything what your next door guest is talking, no proper soun proofing iv) Poor customer service. This is decent hotel with good value for money bargain. Rooms were pretty small but clean. Service was good. Got a newspaper quite early in the morning. Food was wonderful. View from the rooms was not really great. But ignoring this thing, it was better deal.

Nice Hotel with very conservative room rates. Rooms are clean and impressive, washrooms needs improvement. Adding complementary tea/coffee maker in the rooms, can do wonders. Buffet Breakfast turns off. Staff is courteous, Good room service. Nice food preparation. Should book rooms in advance, cannot just walk in as most of the times it is sold out.

10 min. from railway station, near the prime markets and eating joints yet quite and cosy . perfect for any type of traveller. Although the tarrif is a on a bit higher side considering the in room amenities. but you can overlook it for its hospitality and location.

I kept my wallet upstairs to have food downstairs in the restaurant. When I came back I found Rs 1000 missing from my wallet. Only the hotel staff had duplicate keys to my room, so I am 100% sure they stole my money. Management of hotel did not even listen to me. They were extremely rude to us.

Good points: 1. The rooms are very clean, modern and has good furniture with LCD TV. 2. Their complementary wi-fi is very fast and no hitch at all in using it. 3. Food is good and they have their own bar. Bad points; 1. complimentary buffet Breakfast needs improvement. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are quite impressive.
