“Clean Rooms..Great Customer Service”

We stayed here because we did not find rooms in other hotels nearby..but were happy that we landed at the right hotel... I dont remember the name, but the front desk manager (on 27-Jan-2012 night) was great in terms of Customer service..he helped us in all our queries regarding vizag..arranged a taxi for us next day....always ready to answer our... we booked for 3 nights, 1st, 2nd and 4th night (3rd night we stayed at Araku). all bookings were made through local APTDC office with 100% payment. the booking had breakfast included. we were 3 adults (me and my parents). but when we reached the restaurant for breakfast next morning, the manager stopped me stating only 2 adults can have... i have been to this hotel in the month of December. The hotel writes 24 hour hot water facility which is not true at all. Only on repeated requests for at least 10 times they will give you a single bucket for 4 people. They say athidhi devo bhava but least bothered about customers and their problems with hotel service.... More

“Budget Business Trip Accomodation”

Nice location and good size of rooms. Room service is good and available round the clock (almost). Staff is co-operative to an extent and a small but effective kitchen with restaurant is in house. Ideal for people visiting Vishakhapatnam Port as is only i guess 2/3 kms from the port warehouses.
