Great location, good service. There is a Concierge named Shabbir who takes care of every little detail if you ask him. Stay on the 7th floor, which has a club lounge and a happy hour from 6 pm to 8pm. The butler service is great too, they will unpack and pack your belongings if you ask them.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. perfect location near the Banjara hill area. other facilities at par with similar star rated hotels. Breakfast needs special mention as it was really delicious and the chef there took special interest to serve us according to our taste. Rooms Ok, But an old style TV was a big letdown .

I usually am reserved about visiting this region, but the hotel made my stay most pleasurable. Enjoyed the daily fruit service and I am really hooked to Indian food nowadays thanks to my stay in Hyderabad. Extremely pricey for Indian standards and you have to pay for everything, but I enjoyed my stay here.
