The hotel generally is very nice but the bedrooms less so. The bathroom in particular was well worn and the in room air conditioning noisy. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very hospitable. The food at the coffee shop was slighty average but that is under a separate review. More than anything else, I enjoyed the spaciousness. The hotel provided complimentary hot chocolate late night :)

Staff are cordial and polite providing all round good service. Rooms are typically comfortable with ambient temperature just right for this upmarket hotel.
