I've stayed here twice in the last two months and have had nothing but great experiences. From leaving a Nexus 7 in my room on checkout (and getting it back a day later), to having to check out mid stay (and not charged for the additional days), to daily shuttles to the office, this is a great hotel.

Excellent service and the head chef Stephan is superb, I have been going back and fore to this hotel for over 2 years and its superb, excellent, my only complaint is there only seems to be two of the lifts working out of five, every time we go there.
