I had checked into this hotel in the first week of May. I find this hotel very well maintained, in posh environment & also well connected to the main Banjara Hills Road and other happening places. This Hotel was not grand as per the name suggested me . I booked a economy room but was upgraded to the suite . Still was missing the comfort level . the rooms were very big but the location is not so great . Food quality was good and service was ok

Overall all good place to stay for business trips. Rooms are good and comfortable. Service slow. Checkout took over 20 mins despite prior information. Food was average. Asked for less spice in room service but it was served as normal. I prefer this hotel since it is close to my workplace.
