I would definitely avoid this hotel in the future especially while staying in a beautiful city like Hyderabad with plenty of options. The reception staff don't speak English, the beds are hard, linen is old and rooms are very basic. The only good thing about the hotel is that they serve good breakfast.

I booked two rooms for my friends and received confirmation for the same on the same day. However upon arrival, they shocked the guests saying that one of the rooms is not available. They expect the guests to be stranded on the road!!...They simply gave up saying they cannot do anything about it...
