Just across the road of Secunderabad Railway station. Exterior is really bad and doesn looks like a hotel. But Interiors are quite good and Rooms are also good enough for one night stay. There is no Kitchen/Restaurant inside hotel, if we order they will take atleast 30 min to bring coffee, and payment has to be given prior.
I stayed in this hotel two times (in 2012 and 2013). As per my experience I would advise to avoid this hotel. Staff is lousy and irresponsible. Rooms are unclean. Moreoever, these are not cleaned even when asked to clean. Bedsheets are not changed. Towels are torn. Staff fail to greet the guest. Tariffs are high in comparison to service....

In the december 2010 i visited this hotel and asked for single room. But they asked me to wait for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes over again i asked for room. They are rude and wait for some more time. I do not understand and left . I stayed another better room.
This was not meant to be hi fi visit of a jet flying exective. Compared to that and its location was ok. The3 noise near the hotel was a little high but i could manage. Ok if your co is going on acost sutting drive!
The hotel Rooms are very untidy and adding to this is theit is located in a very congested area. The only advantage is it is located in a place for easy access to Secunderabad railway station, shopping centre and Bus Stand. The hotel rates are very economical. Customer service not at all good.
