“Pathetic experience”

We went for Christmas evening !! Waiters were busy watching cricket match.. Dint even had courtesy to serve water.. Have of the menu card items were not there.. Food quality was horrible .. Water in the finger bowl was cold.. No proper valet service.. Overall the worst experience I have ever had..
