Strange ... I have stayed here a few times and have had no problems .... A very help guy behind the reception desk .... taxis can be expensive & he guided me to a good fair price taxi think his name was jaeed

What can I say what hasn't been told in other reviews? Altough I think I'm not a demanding customer, I never expected this dump of hotel. Sure, when you pay budget price, you don't expect too much, but here they don't do basic service. Clean sheets? Forget it! Clean room? Not here. Clean towels? Guess... We've been in Egypt last year and coming back just because of the marine life and scuba diving. We had experience all this last year but this hotel looks especially bad.
