The Ritz property was gorgeous. The pools and beach were wonderful and well maintained with lots of staff to help with water activities. We stayed in the Club rooms which were a terrific value. The best restaurant is the Italian restaurant and all the staff by highly experienced and their manager or Hany Hanna has experience and always ask about the service and food every day and there are a host named Michael a host of good if I went back again to see two men and Mr. Hany and Michael Almta good Asian... Stayed at this hotel for a winter break, and it was a very good choice, nice room, wonderful food, the main pool area is very nice. Also a good spa. Nice staff. We would stay here again.

All excellent although alcohol expensive work upgrading to club for snacks lunch and drinks perfect relaxing week. Sherif in club and Mohammad lifeguard particularly good

Very nice hotel in a super position Huge pool with plenty of comfy sunbeds Food was varied and excellent quality Room was spotless. Staff could not do enough for us !! Even getting antibiotics for my sons ear infection delivered to our room within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay again.
