We arrived on 16th May. Fantastic location in Makadi Bay with stunning coral reefs which are within a few yards of walking into the Red Sea - so even if you don't swim, you can still experience the stunning coral and fish in the area. The hotel has two wings, East and West and you can eat in both areas... More

The hotel and gardens are both stunning and spotlessly maintained and the snorkelling off the hotel beach is the best I have encountered anywhere on the Red Sea or the Gulf of Aqaba. The grounds are spacious with nothing of the slightly claustrophobic atmosphere that I felt in the grounds of most of the other hotels fromting the bay. It... More

This was our first trip to Egypt and we were slightly anxious about it after reading several reviews about hygiene etc over there. However we had absolutely nothing to worry about at all. This hotel was fabulous in every aspect. Our Thomson rep at the hotel was brilliant as were all the staff we encountered on our weeks stay there.... More

Great hotel if you want to chill for a week, location is remote with a 25 minute taxi ride to Hurghada to get to civilisation. Hotel guests are primarily Italian , staff were excellent in all areas and made you feel welcome, food is usual all inclusive fare, however it is to a good standard and is fresh/hot. Tip, if... More

As you arrive the Hotel looks drab and tired and indeed the room we stayed in was in desperate need of refurbishment. We were on the third floor and yet had damp along the one wall. The shower overflowed as did the drain in the bathroom, and remained this way for the duration of our holiday, even after our complaining... More

The best holiday I've ever had. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was outstanding. Staff bent over backwards to make us feel at home. The food was a huge range of delicious treats. The beach was postcard perfect. Beautiful foliage across the fort. Pools were perfect temperature. A huge complex to explore. I felt like royalty for 2... More
