This was the idea place for our fist stop in Egypt. Friendly and helpful staff, good central location and clean comfortable rooms. Hopefully, once the tourists start returning to Egypt, this place will gain a bit more life and the lovely roof terrace will be back in action.

As a destination we didn't actually like Hurghada very much. However if you do find yourself there then the Golden Rose is a perfectly good budget option. Clean rooms with air con, fridge and satellite TV. Price includes a buffet breakfast.
