I visited Royal Palace Hotel in July 2012th. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Rooms with old furniture. Bathroom is rather modest. The restaurant is dirty. We have spent week in this hotel and it was a great experience. Large rooms all have ocean view. Four restaurants, food was very good. Very friendly staff. We here there in March it was bit windy but beach is sheltered so it did not matter. It looks like best kept secret, please don't tell anybody….

Location is very good, as it is in the heart of the walk surrounded by other hotels, cafes and souvenir shops. There is easy access to transportation.
