Had a misunderstanding regarding the high occupancy tax rate. The manager, Kevin, was very "cocky and rude" not helpful at all. He needs some schooling in "customer service". It was our 5th girlfriend's weekend - but the last due to his rudeness. So - travelers get everything in writing and confirmed as he will not hesitate to insult you.
