The reception, cleanliness of rooms, breakfast were all at an outstandingly low standard. There was no customer service and I could not honestly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Dili. The highlight was leaving after a 3 night stay. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel is the best in Dili, and really underrated. I stayed there for about five months in 2005 as well as my two-week stay in 2008. Cheri, the manager, is great and will fix any problems that arise. People must realize that Dili is not a place with international 4-star hotels.
