This is the best kept secret on San Andres for budget conscious travelers. Next to Katty's Paradise and ownder by the same person (Werner, a nice German gentleman) we stayed in his loft/apartment for 90,000 COP/night (about $45). The aprtment has a queen and double bed and includes AC. The aprtment and Katty's Paradise are down a grungy road but... More
