Great staff, a couple of whom speak excellent english. The location is wonderful except for being on a very busy street. The windows aren't sealed nor double paned and a lot of road noise comes in. Don't expect to get more than one teeny tiny bar of soap at a time as well...

Was given an enormous room on the 9th floor, complete with sitting area and little kitchen. Bed comfortable, although the aircon unit was very noisy. Room is big but with a porr design, the result: A big room but the bathroom door is just by the bed. Blankets were very, very, very old and the matress much more old. It were impossible to sleep.

The hotel is good overall. Lacks better internet speed and a better breakfast. Views from terrace are lovely and it is conveniently located. Great location across excellent shopping and restaurants.
