Not sure the difference between Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn but this one is in the same league as other Holiday Inn hotels. And addition to that, it's very well maintained. Staffs were very nice and helpful, allowed us using hotel computers (in business centre) long after check out.

Would highly recommend this hotel for someone who is transiting a night in Chengdu between cities in China. It's cheap, comes with breakfast and a very good FREE wi-fi connection. Rooms look newer than the other Holiday Inn Express in the city centre. It's also located 5 mins taxi ride away from Chengdu's famous "changing faces" show.
