great hotel... great service,, it is a good hotel. nice location ,, easy to access to any where,, fruit wasnt ready before i enter the room , but wasn't a room upgrade when i presented my platium les club card,,

I Was there from Feb 19-24, room 1901, second day of my stay something went wrong in room washroom and there was a smell from drain in 1901, as soon hotel staff know about this they took immediate action and try to fix, but latter they found its not fixed they transfer my room immediately to 1911. thank you for... I have been in this hotel last year and I must say that everything was very well organized, rooms were clean and tidy, hotel personnel very efficient , breakfast was well organized with oriental and western ffod, the restaurant was also very good.

“A very good hotel to recommend”

We booked this hotel for a business trip and we had a very good stay. The room were spacious, clean and functional. We booked a car (Thank you again for the discounted price!) and the drive was smooth and very nice. We even had the french newspaper in the morning, what else can I say... Très bien, continuez comme ça!

I stayed already several times at this hotel over 2 years, the service and room quality are remain the same in excellent condition. Every time I travel to Jinan, Sofitel will be my first choice to stay with. Definitely my recommendation for other business as well as leisure travellers.

Stayed here on a biz trip. The hotel is very clean. Room is comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is centre. Staff are very friendly and always smiling and willing to help.
