“Pleasant rooms, well located hotel.”

The rooms are excellent. Climate control is not functional. Communication in English can be a bit of a challenge, but staff is enthusiastic, and eager to please.

“Its on the right track, but still not quite got there”

We chose to stay for 5 days at the Crowne Plaza as a change from the Galactic Hotel that we usually stay in. The front of house service from the concierge, reception, door staff were excellent. This is my 4th stay at this hotel and my second review. Through this is a beautiful and well appointed hotel with decent service the big drawback is the room temperature. This is a new high-rise hotel in Nanchang along the river. I think it’s the only ‘luxury’ hotel in Nanchang. It has a spacious lobby with plenty of help. I was happy of chosen this hotel. Very clean, the service as expected in a crowne plaza hotel. Rooms are very well design with lots of space and nice details such as fresh lavanda at your bed side for a confortable sleep. The gym has a great view and the pool is a nice spot for relaxing.

Nothing at all compares to the Crowne plaza in Nanchang. It had only opened 11 days before I checked in. The service is impeccable and the rooms are stunning. This hotel opened July 2011, and deserves more comments on tripadvisor. Our stay was excellent, the staff had even prepared our room with both extra bed and bathtub for our baby.
