Well located. Near shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Master of Nets Garden. Basic clean accommodation. Street outside the hotel was under repair and the open sewer made it a smelly walk back from the main road, but this is probably temporary.

Good-sized rooms and everything worked. Passable breakfast buffet, though coffee tasteless. Staff have little English, but did best to help when questions arose. Some of the halls smelled a bit moldy, but this is a wet city so that may be unavoidable. Walking distance of Master of the Nets Garden.

Hotel is average. Price is decent, so if budget is of priority, this is an option. Room is spacious, but rather basic furnishing. Hotel is not too new, so furnishing is a bit aged. It was extremely modern, extremely friendly, HUGE HUGE rooms and overlooked a gorgeous picturesque water garden.
