I was in Suzhou for a week. I arrived at the hotel at around 8:30 PM. The staff at the entrance greet me with a smile and took me to reception. The reception staff on 4th floor was courteous and professional and answered all questions with patience. The room are adequately large, with all the amenities you can think off.... More

This was a mixed bag, that I probably wouldn't recommend based on the crappy hotel restaurant, Cafe MoMo. My room (1905) was nice, with a comfortable bed (on the soft side), high ceilings, and a large bathroom.
