stayed there for 4 nights bed is ok all the rest is average or less than average and especially the location is really bad if it depends on me, i would never return to this hotel so many better options available in suzhou for same money

Woke up 3am due to a strange noise in the room but was able to change room within 10 mins. Great service from the front desk lady who personally ensure everything is ok with the new room. Guys from concierge are prompt with arranging for taxi. Will be back again.
