“Door Luck not workable & non smoking room”

The Main door lock very bad and key always not workable, we have to go down to front office to take a new key once time. Also, non smoking room not much different smoking room and still ahve a lot of customer smok in the room without any serios control by hotel management.

“Dinner Buffet”

When I arrived at 7:25pm, no more fish for grill and no more fresh Salmon. Also, no refill for the fish or Salmon. Besides, I requested late check out at 2:00 pm (confirmed by the front desk), but my room card did not work out / fail to open the door after 1:00 pm

“3 stars and below hotel”

Definitely does not live up to standard. Rooms in pretty bad shape, fixtures and fittings are falling apart Hotel does not know how to manage big crowds... Breakfast hall is like a zoo and count yourself lucky if you manage to grab leftovers.
