Location is off main street where no taxi stops for you and there are no western traveler friendly food place except for KK Mall which opens at 11 and closes at 9 PM
Metro is good 10 minutes walk making you sweat in humid Shenzhen weather and wet in rain.
Hotel has only 2 staff that speak English so good...
