Amazing rooms and over all one of my favorite hotels in Asia. The value is amazing for what you get, and the breakfast is also a great start. While Shenzhen may be an industrial city, I'm always happy to arrive due mainly to the hotel.

Rooms are very nice and modern - surprising considering how affordable it is to stay. Housekeeping staff, including turn-down service, cater to your every need. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. We live in Hong Kong and it is great to escape for a night to Shenzhen. The Ritz is the perfect option. Great rooms, excellent service, ideal location and excellent food. We got upgraded to a beautiful suite and we enjoyed the executive lounge a lot. We will be back!

The Shenzhen Ritz is beautiful, with huge rooms and amazing service. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. And it's fairly inexpensive! Stay there if you're in Shenzhen.
