Hotel is not bad, but a bit overpriced. You can have similar rooms (not with wood finish though) in other hotels in Shenzhen for a better price. Breakfast buffet is a bit poor for a hotel of this category. Dinner buffet on the other side is totally worth to try. Swimming pool is very nice, and service is great

I am a golden circle member and withbig disappointment i must confess the poor service delivered by staff of hotel. Staff does not understand a word of english. I strongly discourage westerners travelling fir bz to stay in this hotel. I have alreay arranged a meeting to talk to the GM to check out and move to Rutz Carlton!
