Pullman stands for very fine and exquisite hotels. At Dongguan it is very much like a resort nestled at a hill and completely away from noisy roads/streets. Standart room was excellent equipped, nothing missing, clean, bed very comfortable.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant, the room was big and comfortable and all amenities we needed were there and available.

I was very amazed to find an international hotel/resort in the middle of the city centre.
The hotel was up to international standards, wouldve imagined the staff would know more cantonese. But english was of an acceptable standard.
The rooms were large and better than Chinese standards. I managed to get time to try the spa and it was great....

rooms are good and service is great good facilities food could be better (chefs at breakfast cannot speak english, and are poor at ommlettes, mix up meat and veg and impossible to get a veg ommelette without meat!) lobby is small

A very good hotel to stay in Dongguan. Excellent location with everything in walking distance. Very friendly people and good service. The brakfast buffet provides everything required (good food). And a nice bar as well. Fantastic is the pool, spa and gym area.
